Terms of Service (EULA)
The rules that apply when you download, use, subscribe to, and create content with Duo Wallpapers & Themes.

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Tea Kupradze / ForYou Apps (“ForYou Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of Duo Wallpapers & Themes. By downloading or using Duo Wallpapers & Themes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. For the app license, also see Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
Limited license
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to install and use Duo Wallpapers & Themes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Duo Wallpapers & Themes may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple permits it. Duo Wallpapers & Themes is licensed, not sold.
You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to derive source code, bypass access controls, or use Duo Wallpapers & Themes in a way that violates applicable law, except where a restriction is prohibited by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and other personal content you import into Duo Wallpapers & Themes and the creations you export. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use, edit and share that content. Duo Wallpapers & Themes does not grant you rights to third-party content.
You must not use Duo Wallpapers & Themes to create, process or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, exploits or harms others, or violates applicable platform rules. You are responsible for where and how you publish your exports.
Wallpapers, themes and app materials
The app, its design, code, curated wallpapers, theme packs, icons, widgets, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to ForYou Apps. You may use the wallpapers and theme assets made available to you to personalize your own devices. You may not extract, resell, sublicense or redistribute these materials as standalone products or competing collections. Your own photos remain yours.
Duo Pro — $1.99/month
Unlock the full Duo experience. An active Duo Pro subscription includes:
- Access all Pro wallpapers.
- Unlimited Create Skins.
- Premium theme packs.
- Save your custom wallpaper pairs.
- New premium content and collections.
You can create up to 5 custom skins for free. After reaching the free limit, unlock Duo Pro for unlimited creations. This free creation allowance is not a subscription free trial and does not automatically enroll you in Duo Pro.
Subscription Terms & Billing
$1.99/month — auto-renewable subscription. Duo Pro is an optional subscription billed monthly in US dollars at the stated price. The localized price, currency and any applicable taxes are shown on Apple’s purchase confirmation screen before you subscribe and may vary by country or region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the renewal price shown for your subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings: open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then select Duo Pro.
- Canceling stops future renewal. Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period, unless Apple issues a refund or applicable law requires otherwise.
- When your subscription expires, Pro wallpapers, unlimited creations, premium theme packs and other Pro features require an active subscription. Wallpaper images already exported to your photo library remain there unless you delete them.
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Purchases and billing are handled by Apple. You can manage your plan in Apple Account subscription settings. For help, see Apple’s subscription cancellation guide. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s Report a Problem service, subject to Apple’s policies and applicable consumer rights.

Availability and changes
We may update, improve, add, remove or discontinue features, wallpapers, theme packs or content. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times, on every device, or in every region. Updates may be required for continued use.
Maintenance and support
ForYou Apps, not Apple, is responsible for providing maintenance and support for Duo Wallpapers & Themes as required by applicable law and described in these Terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Duo Wallpapers & Themes. You can request support using the contact information below.
Third-party services
Duo Wallpapers & Themes relies on Apple services for app distribution, in-app purchases and certain system features. Your use of those services is governed by the applicable third party’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duo Wallpapers & Themes is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that every wallpaper or theme will fit every device or operating-system configuration.
If Duo Wallpapers & Themes fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, paid for Duo Wallpapers & Themes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Duo Wallpapers & Themes. ForYou Apps is solely responsible for any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to an applicable warranty.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForYou Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of content, data, profits or opportunities arising from your use of Duo Wallpapers & Themes. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Duo Wallpapers & Themes during the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Product and intellectual-property claims
ForYou Apps, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to Duo Wallpapers & Themes or your possession or use of Duo Wallpapers & Themes, including product-liability claims, claims that Duo Wallpapers & Themes fails to meet an applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection, privacy or similar laws.
If a third party claims that Duo Wallpapers & Themes or your possession or use of Duo Wallpapers & Themes infringes that party’s intellectual-property rights, ForYou Apps, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
Legal compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated by the United States Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with applicable third-party agreements when using Duo Wallpapers & Themes.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using Duo Wallpapers & Themes at any time by deleting the app; deleting the app does not automatically cancel a Duo Pro subscription, which must be managed through Apple.
Apple-specific terms
You and ForYou Apps acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and ForYou Apps only, and not with Apple. ForYou Apps, not Apple, is solely responsible for Duo Wallpapers & Themes and its content, subject to these Terms. These Terms do not create usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You and ForYou Apps acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. When you accept these Terms, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Governing terms and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these Terms as Duo Wallpapers & Themes changes; the effective date above will be revised, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
