Privacy Policy
How Duo handles your selected photos, wallpaper creations, permissions, favorites, and support requests.

Duo Wallpapers & Themes is provided by Tea Kupradze / ForYou Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information is used, why it is used, how long it is kept, and how you can control it.
Photos, camera and wallpaper creations
Duo uses the photos you select from your library or capture with the camera to create, crop, adjust, and preview wallpapers for the outer and inner screens. Selected photos and wallpaper adjustments are processed on your device. We do not upload, receive, or store your personal photos or wallpaper creations on our servers. Saving a wallpaper adds the finished image to your photo library with your permission.
Permissions and consent
Duo requests access to protected resources when you choose a feature that needs them: photo access to import an image, camera access to take a photo, and permission to save finished wallpapers to your photo library. Where iOS offers a system photo picker or limited access, you can choose specific images rather than grant full library access. You can decline or revoke access in iOS Settings at any time; the related import, camera, or save feature may then be unavailable.
Favorites and preferences
Wallpaper and theme favorites, editing choices, and app preferences are stored on your device to provide the features you use. We do not receive your favorites or personal editing history. Device backups may include local app data, depending on your Apple settings.
Analytics, advertising and tracking
Duo does not include third-party analytics or advertising services, sell personal information, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites. We do not use your photos to build advertising profiles.
Support information
If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments or device information you choose to provide. We use this information to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue. Please share only information needed for support and avoid sending sensitive photos. Email is handled by our email service provider for delivery and storage; support information is not used for advertising.
Service providers and disclosure
Apple provides operating-system permissions, photo-library services, and any iCloud or device-backup services you enable. Those services are governed by your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy policy. Apple may make aggregated app statistics or crash reports available to developers according to your sharing settings. We use any such reports only to understand reliability and fix problems. We do not share your personal photos with third parties. Support information may be processed by service providers only as needed to operate support, subject to confidentiality and appropriate data-protection obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect legal rights.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you remove the relevant content or delete the app using iOS Delete App; offloading the app may retain its data. Wallpapers saved to Photos remain there after deleting Duo and must be removed separately in Photos, including Recently Deleted when you want permanent removal. Copies in iCloud Photos or backups are managed through your Apple account and backup settings. We retain support messages only as long as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable legal obligations, then delete them. You can email us to request deletion of support information you supplied.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can select which photos to share with Duo, change camera and photo permissions in iOS Settings, remove favorites, delete exported wallpapers, and delete the app. Revoking permission stops future access but does not remove copies you already saved. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information we hold, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us using the address below; we may need to verify your request. We cannot access or delete files stored only on your device.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards for support information in our care. The security of locally stored photos and app data also depends on your device passcode, system updates, and backup choices. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s privacy
Duo is a general-audience personalization app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
