Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, supplemented by the terms below.

By downloading or using AirChat, you agree to be bound by these terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These AirChat-specific terms supplement Apple’s standard agreement.
1. Scope of License
Licensor grants you a nontransferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Consent to Use of Data
You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information to facilitate software updates and product support. AirChat operates as an offline, peer-to-peer communication app; ForYou Apps does not collect personal communication logs or message analytics. See the AirChat Privacy Policy for current data practices.
3. Termination
The license is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. On termination, you must stop using and delete the Licensed Application.
4. Offline Communication Disclaimer
AirChat is a local peer-to-peer network application. Connectivity depends on physical proximity, device compatibility, regional signals, local interference, granted permissions, and the presence of active neighboring devices. Delivery, range, and continuous availability are not guaranteed.
5. No Warranty
Use of the application is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the application is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for personal injury or incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.
7. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
8. Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce the terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
9. Subscription Terms & Billing
AirChat may offer optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions:
- Yearly Access: $19.99 per year.
- Weekly Access with Trial: $1.99 per week, with a 3-day free trial when offered.
Pricing shown above is for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary, and charges may be converted to your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased where applicable.
- You cannot cancel the current active subscription period, but you can prevent the next renewal.
