Terms of Use
Terms for scripts, recordings, the free project allowance, Duo Teleprompter Pro subscriptions, billing, and use of the app.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Duo Teleprompter, provided by Tea Kupradze / ForYou Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
App license
The app is licensed, not sold. The license to use Duo Teleprompter is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. These Terms supplement those terms for the app’s features and subscriptions without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
You may use the app on compatible devices as permitted by those terms. You must not unlawfully copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, bypass purchase controls, or interfere with the app, except where a restriction is prohibited by law.
Your scripts and recordings
You retain your rights to scripts, imported text, video and audio recordings, and other content you create or use with the app. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to import, record, use and share that content, including permission from people you record where required.
You must not use Duo Teleprompter to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, record unlawfully, or create or distribute unlawful content. We do not claim ownership of your scripts or recordings. Our app code, design, graphics and branding remain owned by or licensed to us.
Free projects and Duo Teleprompter Pro
You can start with up to 5 free projects. This allowance is not an automatically renewing trial and does not enroll you in a paid subscription.
An active Duo Teleprompter Pro subscription unlocks:
- Unlimited new projects.
- Creation, duplication and import of scripts beyond the free allowance.
- Continued access to your existing projects as part of the Pro experience.
- Full access to premium project features.
Pro access depends on an active subscription after the free allowance is used. When Pro expires, premium project features and project actions that require Pro may be restricted. Subscription expiration does not itself delete files stored on your device. Keep separate copies of scripts and recordings you want to preserve.
Subscriptions, renewal and billing
Duo Teleprompter Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription, available in these plans:
- Monthly: USD $1.99 per month.
- Yearly: USD $22.99 per year.
Prices above are in US dollars. Local currency, taxes and regional pricing may vary. Apple’s purchase screen shows the applicable price and billing period before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account (Apple ID) at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends at the applicable renewal price.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in Apple Account subscription settings: open Settings, tap your name, select Subscriptions, and choose Duo Teleprompter Pro.
- Canceling stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the current paid period, subject to refunds and applicable law.
- Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
Open Apple subscription settings to manage your plan, or read Apple’s cancellation guide. Refund requests are handled by Apple through Report a Problem, subject to Apple’s policies and your applicable consumer rights. Price changes follow Apple’s procedures and any legally required notice or consent.
Privacy and permissions
The Privacy Policy describes local storage of scripts and recordings, camera and microphone access, Google Analytics for Firebase, Apple purchase information, and support messages. Permission is required for features that use protected device resources.
Availability and recording limitations
Features depend on device compatibility, permissions, available storage, and operating-system support. Recordings may be interrupted by calls, system restrictions, low storage, or other device conditions. Check important recordings before relying on them and keep backups of content you need. Promotional device images illustrate the experience and do not guarantee a particular hardware configuration or feature on every device.
We may improve, update or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and your rights for paid services. Updates may be needed for continued compatibility.
Support and third-party services
ForYou Apps provides app support through the contact details below. Apple distributes the app and handles App Store billing. Google provides Firebase Analytics. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular recording result, or that all content can be recovered. Any applicable license warranties and limitations are set out in Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including loss of recordings, scripts, profits or opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits statutory warranties, refund rights or other mandatory consumer protections.
Stopping use
You may stop using the app at any time. Your app license may terminate as provided in Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement if you violate its terms. Manage paid subscriptions separately through Apple; uninstalling does not stop billing.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and revise the effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain applicable. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
