Terms of Service (EULA)
Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, supplemented by the Outfit Daily terms below.

By downloading or using Outfit Daily, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Outfit Daily-specific terms supplement Apple’s standard agreement.
1. Scope of License
Licensor grants you a nontransferable license to use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, rent, or sublicense the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
2. Your Wardrobe Content
You retain ownership of the photos, wardrobe details, saved looks, and planner entries you add to Outfit Daily. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to use any content you add. Your use of the app must not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
3. App Features and Availability
Outfit Daily helps you organize wardrobe items, create looks, and plan outfits. Features may depend on your device, iOS version, available storage, granted permissions, Apple services, or an active subscription. We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
4. Privacy and Device Data
Your use of Outfit Daily is also governed by the Outfit Daily Privacy Policy, which explains how wardrobe content, photos, permissions, and device data are handled.
5. Outfit Daily Premium
OUTFIT DAILY PREMIUM unlocks more freedom to organize, create, and plan your style. Depending on the current app version, Premium may include:
- Unlimited closet — add and save more wardrobe items.
- Unlimited style creation — create as many looks as you want.
- Unlimited outfit planning — plan outfits ahead without limits.
- More freedom to build and organize your personal wardrobe.
Outfit Daily is designed for anyone who wants a more organized wardrobe, easier outfit planning, and more inspiration from the clothes they already own. Organize your closet. Create your look. Enjoy getting dressed.
6. Subscription Terms & Billing
Outfit Daily Premium is available through optional auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. The price, currency, subscription period, and any introductory offer available to you are shown on the App Store purchase screen before you confirm your purchase. Prices may vary by country or region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price shown for your subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account settings.
- Canceling stops future renewal. It does not refund or end the current paid subscription period unless applicable law or Apple’s policies require otherwise.
- Any unused portion of a free trial or introductory period, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- If a subscription expires or is canceled, Premium features may become unavailable, while access to free features remains subject to the current version of the app.

7. Termination
The license remains effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under these terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them. On termination, you must stop using and delete the Licensed Application. Subscription cancellation and refunds continue to be governed by Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
8. No Warranty
Use of the application is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the application is provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for personal injury or incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the application.
10. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
11. Third-Party Beneficiary
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce the terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Outfit Daily, Premium features, legal requirements, or billing practices. When we make changes, we will revise the effective date on this page. Your continued use of the app after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
