Privacy Policy
How Aura handles the photos, videos, creations, permissions and purchase information used in your creative workflow.

Aura is a photo, video and carousel editing app provided by Tea Kupradze / ForYou Apps (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information Aura uses, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Photos, videos and creations
Aura accesses only the photos and videos you choose or the library access you grant through Apple’s permission controls. This content is used to provide editing, preview, template, carousel and export features. Your selected media and editing projects are processed and stored on your device. We do not receive or store your photos, videos or exported creations on our servers unless you intentionally send them to us in a support request.
Permissions
Aura may request access to your photo library so you can import media and save exports. Depending on the features you use, iOS may also request access to media or audio resources needed to add music to a video. You can review or change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
Aura+ purchases and subscriptions
Aura+ purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple may provide transaction information such as product, subscription status, renewal status and purchase validation data so the app can unlock premium features and restore purchases. Apple handles this information under its own privacy policy.

Diagnostics and support
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, screenshots or a description of the issue. Apple may also provide aggregated or diagnostic information through App Store services according to your device and Apple privacy settings. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot and improve reliability.
Tracking, advertising and sale of data
Aura does not use your photos or videos for advertising, does not sell your personal information, and does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Data retention and security
Projects and media stored by Aura remain on your device until you remove them or delete the app, subject to iOS backup behavior and your own export choices. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, keep business records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can limit photo access, revoke permissions, delete local projects, remove exported files, delete the app, or manage Aura+ through your Apple ID subscription settings. You may contact us to ask about support information you previously provided. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you additional privacy rights.
Children’s privacy
Aura is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Aura’s features, data practices or legal requirements change. We will revise the effective date above when we make changes.
