Terms of Service (EULA)
The rules that apply when you download, use, subscribe to, and create content with Aura.

These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Tea Kupradze / ForYou Apps (“ForYou Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of Aura. By downloading or using Aura, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms include the provisions required by Apple’s Minimum Terms of Developer’s End-User License Agreement.
Limited license
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to install and use Aura on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Aura may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple permits it. Aura is licensed, not sold.
You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to derive source code, bypass access controls, or use Aura in a way that violates applicable law, except where a restriction is prohibited by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, music and other content you import into Aura and the creations you export. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use, edit and share that content. Aura does not grant you rights to third-party content.
You must not use Aura to create, process or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, exploits or harms others, or violates applicable platform rules. You are responsible for where and how you publish your exports.
Templates, filters and app materials
Aura, its design, code, filters, effects, templates, graphics, branding and other app materials are owned by or licensed to ForYou Apps and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use outputs created with Aura for personal or commercial creative projects, but you may not extract, resell or redistribute Aura’s underlying templates, filters or assets as standalone products.
Aura+ Premium
Aura+ unlocks additional creative features. Depending on the current app version, Aura+ may include:
- 30+ premium filters and new premium content.
- Advanced photo and video editing tools.
- Unlimited exports.
- Highest-quality exports.
The features included with Aura+ may evolve as Aura develops. The features available with your plan are shown in the app before purchase.
Subscription Terms & Billing
Aura+ is available through optional auto-renewing subscriptions, including any free trial or introductory offer displayed before purchase. The price, currency, subscription period and offer terms available to you are shown on the App Store purchase screen before you confirm your purchase. Prices and plans may vary by country or region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price shown for your subscription.
- You can manage or cancel Aura+ at any time through your Apple Account subscription settings.
- Canceling stops future renewal. It does not refund or end the current paid subscription period unless applicable law or Apple’s policies require otherwise.
- Any unused portion of a free trial or introductory period, if offered, may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- If your subscription expires or is canceled, Aura+ features may become unavailable while free features remain subject to the current version of Aura.
Purchases, refunds, billing and renewal are administered by Apple and are also subject to Apple’s terms. For step-by-step guidance, visit Apple Support: view, change or cancel subscriptions.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, add, remove or discontinue features, filters, templates or content. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times, on every device, or in every region. Updates may be required for continued use.
Maintenance and support
ForYou Apps, not Apple, is responsible for providing maintenance and support for Aura as required by applicable law and described in these Terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Aura. You can request support using the contact information below.
Third-party services
Aura relies on Apple services for app distribution, in-app purchases and certain system features. Your use of those services is governed by the applicable third party’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that an export will meet every platform’s technical requirements.
If Aura fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, paid for Aura. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Aura. ForYou Apps is solely responsible for any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to an applicable warranty.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForYou Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of content, data, profits or opportunities arising from your use of Aura. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Aura during the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Product and intellectual-property claims
ForYou Apps, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to Aura or your possession or use of Aura, including product-liability claims, claims that Aura fails to meet an applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection, privacy or similar laws.
If a third party claims that Aura or your possession or use of Aura infringes that party’s intellectual-property rights, ForYou Apps, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of that claim.
Legal compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or designated by the United States Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with applicable third-party agreements when using Aura.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your license ends automatically if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using Aura at any time by deleting the app; deleting the app does not automatically cancel an Aura+ subscription, which must be managed through Apple.
Apple-specific terms
You and ForYou Apps acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and ForYou Apps only, and not with Apple. ForYou Apps, not Apple, is solely responsible for Aura and its content, subject to these Terms. These Terms do not create usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You and ForYou Apps acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. When you accept these Terms, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Governing terms and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these Terms as Aura changes; the effective date above will be revised, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
